If you order before 15:00 on weekdays, you will receive your order the next business day.
During holidays it may take a little longer for your package to be delivered.
Currently we ship to the Netherlands only.
What are the shipping costs for my order?
The shipping fees for your order are €6.95 within the Netherlands, we offer free shipping for orders exceeding €50.
How will my package be shipped?
For shipping within the Netherlands, we use the services of PostNL. Whenever the package fits through mailboxes, it is delivered by your regular letter carrier.
For regular parcel deliveries, you will receive a Track & Trace code by e-mail so that you can track the package. You will receive the code by e-mail when the parcel leaves our warehouse, heading for the PostNL sorting center.
Unfortunately, this shipping method does not (yet) allow us to offer options such as delivery via a pickup point, additional instructions for the delivery driver or delivery to a different address.
When can I expect my product(s)?
We make every effort to get your order to you as quickly as possible. We deliver orders 95% of the time within one business day.
Monday-Friday: ordered before 15:00, delivered tomorrow.
(Ordered in the weekend, delivered on Tuesday).
Do we fail to deliver on time? Then we will definitely let you know. Once you've ordered a product, you can track your order. From the warehouse to your chosen delivery address.
The track & trace code indicates that the package has been delivered, but I haven't received anything?
Of course that is very annoying, since this information should be correct. In such a case, always check first if the address provided in the order confirmation is correct.
If the address provided is correct, PostNL advises us in such a situation, when the status with a Track & Trace code is listed as 'delivered', to wait for the next delivery day. Letter carriers deliver a bill or make a second delivery attempt the next day. The status of your package is then already incorrectly noted as 'delivered'.
If your package has not been delivered by the end of the next delivery day, you can still contact us. We will gladly work with you to find an appropriate solution.
Why does it sometimes take a little longer?
- If a product is out of stock, it will take longer. We always mention this on the product page itself.
- Delivery times may differ if you live on a Wadden Island. It can take one or two days longer than average.
- We do not deliver on public holidays.
How do I track my order?
If we give your order to the shipper, you will receive a Track & Trace code by e-mail. So you know exactly when your package will be delivered. You will receive this Track & Trace code no later than the end of the day. Did you not receive an e-mail with a Track & Trace code from us? Check the spam folder of your e-mail provider to be sure.
Who will deliver my package?
Your order will be delivered by PostNL. PostNL does all our package deliveries in the Netherlands and Belgium, and the mailbox deliveries in the Netherlands.
